Females at any age who feel they are starting to experience some perimenopausal / menopausal symptoms and want help with exploring the options available to them, whether that is HRT or alternative methods. Find out what food will best nourish your body as it goes thought this transition along with other strategies that will help. Aimed at
Individuals, primarily in their forties and fifties who are experiencing some peri/menopausal symptoms. Anyone else, who has been put into early menopause due to chemotherapy, surgery or any other reason.
Some of your symptoms may be obvious, however perimenopausal symptoms can be subtle. Maybe your tolerance is not what it used to be, you are having more mood swings and are not as resilient. Symptoms can be wide-ranging and include; hot flushes, brain fog, anxiety, sore joints, depression, sleep disturbances, low libido, tinnitus, vertigo, dry eyes, dry ears, frequent urinary infections and more. These can go undiagnosed by your GP especially if you have these symptoms in your late thirties / early forties.
